The work was inaugurated on 19 June 2005 for the purpose of incorporate it to the walk of the National Park of the Flag. Its circular shape evokes a place of rest, relaxation and reflection, containing in its interior, the names of the fallen heroes in combat, by alphabetical order without any marked differences hierarchies. At the center of the elipse and in a circular water space we can see the figure the figure of the Falkland Islands made of concrete. The area that surrounding the space there are plaques with the complete list of Falklands veterans whose lives in the City and a geographic landmark that shows the distance between Rosario and Puerto Argentino.
