The bow with its tapered-ended desing pointing to the Parana River, suggests the idea of an imaginary craft that sails ahead.
The Tower, nearly 70 meters high, symbolizes the 1810 May Revolution. In the base is located the crypt dedicated to Manuel Belgrano. The project authors proposed this site as a place to pay tribute to the creator of our Flag. There was also a space meant for his remaind rest, but that was not possible, because they lie in Santo Domingo Convent in Buenos Aires as requested Belgrano in his will before he died.
